Morning Worship-"Healing the world we see"

GOOD-MORNING!!!

I have been sick all week. I honestly hate being sick i had a series of severe headaches, a cough, a deep breathing problem, my ear popped and was clogged, my eyes were watering, my nose running and itchy throat. Not to mention i have body ache and pain! CHILLLLLLLLLDDD let me tell you how i was looking crazy all week!

Many people wanted to talk to me and have the normal conversations but I was done for. I couldn't even hear my self talking.

You ever been so sick that you would rather just isolate yourself?

You ever feel like you have to quarantine yourself from other being infected?

Have you ever tried to keep having a regular day during a serious head cold?

Have you realized you do this when your hurting inside as well? Did you know that we can all see that you are hurting and it shows on your face?

We notice you leave the group in order to isolate yourself. So this applies both physically and spiritually.

Well, y'all know me by know i'm gonna add some scripture to give a understanding of how i had to use my own medicine from my older post " Push Harder" (read this post under older post on the blog page)

Here's what I had to do when I was physically sick.

Psalms-107:20

Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.

20 He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.

21 Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for mankind.

I cried out to God of course. I had to remind myself and my body that I am healed. I did not have time to be sick i still don't!

Some home rem-ides i did was take Theriflu I had Vitamin C and drank lots of tea without sugar. Also Halls for my throat.

Most of all I prayed over myself and spoke to the sickness until it finally stooped attacking me.

I know your like okay Morgan that can't be the only way that it went away. NO I am not saying that because my home medicine did help out tremendously. I am saying my words that i spoke over myself made a bigger difference.

I noticed that by me saying that over myself i could actually get things done. I didn't let the sickness take my day. I went to work, five church services, friends house, and took my sister out to visit schools. I "PUSHED HARDER"!

Imagine if we felt like this about all areas in our life. Seriously, if we looked at the death we cause our insides by holding on to un-forgiveness we would cry out to God for healing! If we could see the physical impact of gossiping we wouldn't do it! The physical impact of holding on to hurt and pain destroys our insides and beauty on the outside. We cant see who we really are when we are sick from the inside we show the sickness on the outside!

I once heard from JJ Harrison say" Gossiping to someone is like throwing trash on them, and when they talk it's like they are walking dumpsters, gossiping has a nasty smell"

I could never forget that because i really began to think about this if we all paid attention to what came out of our mouth. We don't want to let people throw trash on us nor do we want to stink in God's presence when we need to ask for something and our mouths are filthy with trash collected from other people. God is disgusted.

I had a moment when i was sick because my snot got stuck in my throat (ewwww, i know lol) But you know it happened to you before and your spit it out. But i had nowhere to spit so i swallowed my spit! OMG i was disgusted. But it immediately came back up.

Perspective moment: Once god allows you to be delivered from a thing don't you go try and swallow it or touch it again. Because it will come right back up. It no longer fits you and it is destroying you from the inside out!

My face looked like my thoughts and my feeling in my body.

Imagine what you look like holding on to offenses and rumors that people made up about you years ago.

You are a new creature in Christ you are no longer who you used to be! 2 Corinthians 5:17" therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new".

You need to embrace the healing that God wants to extend to you.

Today, we ask God to set us free from every sickness in our body. We ask that we be free from bondage that has tried to strangle us in our sleep and speaking to those who have hurt us. I pray that we get to the place were we can see them and be free from the pain of the past. Your love now wraps us up. We command our bodies free, we command our minds free , we command our families free.I shall not die but i shall live. I breathe in the life of God. I ask father that your creative power will move over all our lives as we are created to create in this world. Heal us from the inside out. Give us beauty for our ashes. We are now open to receive from you that you will do all that we have asked in JESUS NAME!
